Just Reasonable Ltd is a non-profit law firm run by and for disabled people, that raises funds for the Disabled Workers Union.
We are able to give advice on and counter-sign Settlement Agreements, as a non-profit organisation with legal volunteers, we are able to act as independent legal advisers for the purposes of Settlement Agreements. We will advise you honestly on the potential value of your claim based on an initial assessment, not a full review of all documentation, and ensure you know what you are agreeing to. If you decide not to proceed with the Settlement Agreement following our advice, there will be no fee.
We only take referrals from the Disabled Workers Union, and will endeavour to offer advocacy support for all full merits hearings for disabled members.
